The landlord from there. Clive pyott. Hit me stole 3days of stay money. And was trying to own n groom me. Knock this back he had the balls to slap me cos im very unwell mentally. He tried to offer his bed n kiss my neck. Thought i would depend on him n believe i wouldnt knock him bk. Dont want this to happen to other. I was on street 4 too days n mentally scarred by this. Reported and a reporter is involved n lawyers. Please do not use his properties
Will charge your account even though they claim full refund before certain dates. Awful, AWFUL customer service and extremely false advertising. Constant run around to get answers. Dispute all charges with your bank. 2020 scam artists.

Refused refund at the start of lockdown. I won't be using booking.com ever again.
Took $366 from me for trying to rent a car, another $100 from me for renters insurance, and when I got there the website put in I was 30 so I couldn’t get my car or ANY money back. I didn’t get a car at all, I waited in line for 4 hours for them to STEAL $466. Please use a different site if you want a good stress free trip.
I'm very sorry, but I would like my review and clarify that this online hotel reservation company is very bad, I do not recommend using it to make your reservation, terrible management.
Do not use this service. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I tried canceling a reservation and Booking claims the hotel is responsible for waiving the cancellation fee but the hotel say otherwise. Hotel would've canceled for free. Booking are thieves. Tried to get help from them about this twice already and they don’t care. Can’t even get in contact with customer service anymore, just stuck on a loop in the automated system. They owe me 200+ dollars. I ought to sue them. Never using again.
Book the flight needed to cancel 2 months later they refused refuse to give a refund or anything. I was supposed to go visit my mom for Christmas but she passed away no point making the trip now do you think booking.com cares NO
How dare you! Exploiting supportive measures. Creating a social massacre and handing out bonussen at the top. You represent everything that is wrong in the corporate world. I truly hope you go down.
I was charged a 407.00 cancelation fee!... I was only refunded about 60.00! We had a fishing trip in NJ and due to weather not allowed to travel. I hope and PRAY a special place in HELL for these people! They should of NEVER charged my credit card till I checked in! I WILL do everything in my power to stop Booking from doing business in Pennsylvania!...
Was waiting for my wage to go in bank to book a bank holiday weekend away for my family, reserved and paid for our room for 3 nights only to receive a email hours later saying there had been a problem with my booking. Took money out of bank and said 2 to 3 weeks for a refund so no weekend away now. Customer service none existent because you need a reservation number to speak to anyone so basically if something goes wrong and you dont get your booking reference forget about speaking to anyone. Stay clear unless you have a extra 1000 in bank just incase theres a error.
Very bad we received email everyday about holiday but we did tried last 3 week but when I tried to book the room or flat it’s saw not available and I want to go 30/05 to 03/06 I can understand it’s busy time but we tried last 3 week ago now we don’t have any option left and that week my kids birthday so please guys do not go with booking.com because it’s not trustable and very bad site .
Booking promised a free cancellation by a specified date. I cancelled a day before that and was informed "not to worry sir, I already cancelled" but they didn't. Now booking says they won't cancel without hotel agreeing but the hotel NEVER answers the phone for them or me. So it is a giant game!
I have plead with them and they talk over me, tell me I am a bad person that just needs to take it east. They tell me they have no supervisors for my unimportant problem. They tell me that I didn't cancel. A bunch of unprofessional people. Terrible customer service. Would never do business with again!
I will be pursuing further recourse against this company for their behavior. Companies like this should not exist.
I wish the 0 star option was available. They are literally the worst company ever.... Their customer service is non existent, they do not care about their customers at all. In fact I don't understand what they get paid for ...they do nothing absolutely nothing, book direct rather than using this terrible company. They never get back to you, they tell you to be patient after waiting weeks for a response and they really struggle with the language barrier. Awful and disappointing experience.
We were only offered rooms with no ocean view and NO ELEVATOR! Didn’t see small mention about elevator at bottom of booking. People who booked directly with hotel were offered ocean front room with elevator access.
No staff could help us get luggage up a flight of stairs. We were 2 ladies in our 60s with hip and knee replacements. Front desk said we should have specified no steps (who knew we had to do that??). Said since we booked through Booking.com, we couldn’t have ocean front room with elevator access.
